want to create a new account. If this is your first order,
select new account.

your order.
This screen allows you to confirm that all the information is
correct. Any mistakes can be corrected at this point. To
complete your order, you must select a method of shipping and
enter your credit card information. Press the Finalize Order
button when you have entered all the information.
You
know your order has been accepted when the screen says "Order
Completed" and displays your order number. Write down the
number, you will need it for any correspondence with us. Remember
that you can always check your order status on-line by clicking on
the View Your Shopping Cart Status link on the login page.
